A Zerg in Master League reminded me today, that there are valuable trainings for Macro in Arcade mode.

- Macro Tournament
- The official Blizzard "Starcraft Master"


and the "Custom Map", I forgot the name; where you can add units how you like.

Also good for training (but in general) might be "Peep Mode"
